Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below by and between Detailing World ("Company") and the undersigned individual or entity ("Affiliate"). By signing this agreement, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation in the Affiliate Program

• The Affiliate agrees to promote Detailing World’s products in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
• The Affiliate must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and Detailing World’s guidelines.

2. Confidentiality

• The Affiliate agrees to keep all program terms, communications, and related materials confidential unless otherwise authorized by Detailing World.

3. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease using all Detailing World promotional materials and links immediately.

4. Indemnification

• The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Detailing World harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the program.

5. Program Guidelines

• The Affiliate agrees to comply with Detailing World’s branding and content guidelines when promoting the Company’s products.
• Any promotional methods or content found to violate these guidelines may result in immediate termination.

6. General Compliance

• The Affiliate will not engage in deceptive or misleading advertising practices.
• Detailing World reserves the right to review and request modification of any content related to its brand or products.

By signing below, the Affiliate acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
