Return Policy
Retail Customers
We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 14 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us following the Return Procedure below for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs where deemed appropriate).
Wholesale Customers
We offer store credit only for all unused and unopened products for up to 14 days following receipt of your order.
Missing or Damaged Items
All missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Defective Products
Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy.
Return Shipping Fees
Customer is responsible for return shipping postage and fees. For items returned which qualified for free shipping, original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Exceptions
Clearance items and closeout sales items.
Return Procedure
BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, please call Customer Service at 1-833-609-6277 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return shipments received by us without an RMA number on the outside of the box and completed RMA Form inside the box will be refused. When packaging your items for shipping, write the RMA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice and completed RMA Form in the box. We strongly recommend packing any items with fragile components with enough padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the order, within 24 hours of the time your order was placed. Orders canceled after 24 hours prior to shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be subtracted from the credit amount issued to your credit card or PayPal account. Warranty Policy
detailtheworld.com (Detailing World) guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

While detailtheworld.com (Detailing World) and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first place it in your cart.
With respect to items sold by detailtheworld.com (Detailing World), we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog or on our website may be mispriced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:
1. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
2. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions:
• Your order will be held, and we will attempt to contact you for further instruction regarding you order
• Your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately
Also note that purchases from third-party sellers using detailtheworld.com (Detailing World) payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
