What This Warranty Covers:

• Motor & Electronic Components: Failure or defects in the motor, speed controller, trigger, and other internal electronic components under normal use.
• Workmanship: Any defects related to the refurbishment and repair work performed on the tool.
• Parts & Labor: The cost of parts and labor required to complete any covered repairs.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

• Normal Wear & Tear Items: Consumable parts such as carbon brushes, power cords, backing plates, and bearings are not covered.
• Accidental Damage & Misuse: Any damage resulting from dropping the tool, improper voltage, water damage, abuse, or unauthorized modifications or repair attempts.
• Cosmetic Condition: As these are refurbished items, the warranty does not cover pre-existing cosmetic blemishes, scuffs, or scratches.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

We've made our process simple and straightforward.

1. Contact Us First: If you experience an issue with your tool, please email our support team at info@detailingworld.com or call us at (833) 609-6277. Please provide your original order number and a detailed description of the problem.
2. Troubleshooting & Authorization: Our team will provide initial troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to safely ship the tool back to our facility in Manheim, PA.
3. Repair or Replacement: Once we receive the tool, our technicians will inspect it. At our discretion, we will either repair the defect or replace your tool with a comparable refurbished unit. We will cover the cost of return shipping to you.
